    Conventional/Balanced Bellows Type

    It is used as a safety relief valve in the piping of gauging devices and various pressurized containers at oil and gas plants and petrochemical plants.

    This product has been designed according to the standards of API STD 526. It has acquired certification for capacity and quality from the ASME ("UV" stamp). Made of various materials, it can be used in high temperatures, high pressures and for corrosive liquids. It has acquired certification from the Occupational Safety & Health Agency and The Korea Gas Safety Corporation.     Pilot Operating Type

    It is operated by the pilot and does not require auxiliary power such as from compressed air or electricity. Compared to the direct impingement type, it has a larger capacity. The range of pressure adjustment is wide and adjustments can be made easily. With the built-in "pressure relief valve filter" with a practical design patent No.13137, errors caused by the scale or impurities inside the pipes are prevented. Compatible with disks/ sheets. Leakage: Less than 0.05% of the standard flow

    The accumulation of steam condensate on the air or gas lines cause disruption in the transport of air or gas. It also leads to corrosion on the machinery and line, which is a major cause for a shortened life of the equipment. To address these issues, an air trap is installed. A strainer must be installed on the front of the trap when placing the trap. Also install a balance pipe to prevent any operational errors caused by disruption in the air.

    This is an air vent for steam. As a valve that removes the air that remains within the steam system or the non-condensable gas, it prevents the heat conduction from becoming uneven due to disruption in the air flow, as well as slowing down the corrosion of the pipes. The valve closes with a temperature change in the steam. Once air or non-condensable gas flows in, the temperature falls, triggering the valve to open to let the air or non-condensable gas out. The degree to which the metal bends and the force applied varies according to the pressure in the steam line used. This helps with the sealing effect and an extended useful life of the product.

    This device allows the status of fluid flow to be verified with the naked eye from both sides to accurately see whether the steam trap works properly. Special reinforced glass is applied for greater resistance to pressure. For the flapper type and ball type products, you can verify the status of even the subtlest flow.

    This device allows the status of liquid flow and any leakages to be verified with the naked eye. You can check whether the steam trap is working properly and take necessary measures by looking at the overall status of the system. If the steam contains oxygen or carbon dioxide, there may be sediments accumulating on the glass surface. If this is the case, the water supply system of the boiler should be inspected to take measures to prevent corrosion.

    Y-Type

    This item is used to remove the scale and impurities from various pipelines. It is also attached to the front of various relief valves, control valves and steam trap devices to prevent errors or breakdowns in machinery caused by impurities. The screen has been designed with sufficient filtering surface, taking into account the undermined flow caused by the blockages triggered from impurities.

    It is a large capacity pilot type temperature control valve that has a larger capacity compared to the direct impingement type and can be used in places where there is a big difference in pressure before and after the valve. It is fit for temperature control of large storage tanks, and is also used in hot water tanks or thermal exchangers. The range of temperature adjustment is categorized by 20℃ and there is very little variance in temperature. Installation is also very simple as it does not require an auxiliary power source such as electricity. The connecting pipe is covered with a flexible tube to protect from damage.

    Disc Type (32A-50A)

    Existing air conditioning methods had loss of steam and early deterioration of the disks and sheets as major shortcomings caused by frequent operation. But this product ensures optimum operation thanks to the thermal insulation. The disk and sheet have undergone thermal processing to the stainless steel beams made of Martensite for greater durability and smooth operation. All the sealing parts have Teflon gaskets applied to prevent leakage. Even with disassembly and re-assembly for repair and maintenance, there is no disfiguration and thus the product can be used for an extended period of time. The built-in strainer prevents breakdowns caused by impurities. The maximum back pressure is 80% of the primary pressure. When selecting the size of the trap, select 2-3 times that of the required capacity. (This is dependent on the type of equipment and operational conditions.)

    This is a direct impingement type pressure relief valve. The small size makes it easy to handle, and the simple structure increases durability. It is particularly excellent when used for the water supply pressure control on each floor, from the water tank in high-rise buildings. Adjustment pressure is easy and safe. Interior inspection can be done with a simple disassembly of the upper part, making it easy to maintain.
