The JCV-SF Changeover Valve (hereinafter referred to as the COV) enables continuous operation of the pressure system, and two safety valves are connected to the pressure system via the COV.
This arrangement enables uninterrupted operation of the system as one safety valve is running and the other acts as the standby safety valve.
The waiting safety valve can be removed and maintained while the plant is operating.
The COV uses the valve block (device) to control the flow of fluid to either of the two safety valves by moving the valve block (SPINDLE) horizontally connected to the disk (DISC) in one of the two SEATs depending on the situation.
- Compact design for space-saving installation
- Improved seat leak tightness with cone type disk design
- Hardfaced with Stellite on seat surface for wear resistance
- Various body material available such as WCB, LCB, CF3M, etc¡¦
- Applicable to various field with wide range of operating temperature
